Being on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator, we unfortunately don’t have adapted access for people with reduced mobility.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Are we really locked in the rooms?
No, in case of an emergency, you can always exit at your own will. (Doesn’t count as an escape though!!) And for goodness sake go to the bathroom before starting (We will keep them very clean, promise).
What does the escape rate really mean?
The escape rate displayed for each scenario provides an indication of the difficulty level you will face. It’s important to note that for all scenarios except for “The Forgotten Station” the success rate is based on a successful exit with the use of 5 clues or less. In these games, we don’t enforce a limit for clues you can ask. But for statistical purposes, we exclude those that required more clues to get a picture that’s comparable with other escape venues.
For the Forgotten Station, because of the specific nature of the scenario, a successful escape is considered when 2 of the 3 missions have been successfully completed by either teams if played competitively. If played in regular mode, the team has to complete 2 of the 3 missions as well.
The escape rates you see take into account the last 90 days from when the update is posted.
What do the scare levels displayed on each scenario mean?
The scare level varies depending on the scenarios. We have created immersive experiences that depending on the scenario can offer a slightly more stressful atmosphere. Here is an explanation of the different scare levels.
1 Ghost: Scenario that is devoid of elements that can be scary. The sound atmosphere and lighting could still scare young people under 8 years old.
2 Ghosts: Scenario that may contain some elements that will cause a jump scare or a feeling of anxiety but in minimal quantity. Recommended for all ages
3 Ghosts: Scenario with a slightly more stressful premise that contains some situations that could cause jump scares and moments of anxiety. We recommend that young people under the age of 13 be accompanied by a parent. Contains no violent images or inappropriate language.
4 Ghosts: Scenario that can cause real anxiety and very stressful moments. None of our scenarios are currently at this level.
5 Ghosts: Adult only scenario that contains images, language and situations that are not appropriate for children. None of our scenarios are currently at this level.
Are there any live actors in your scenarios?
We do not feature live actors in our scenarios. You will never be in the physical presence of an actor in the same room as you.
How much does this escape thing cost?
The regular rate for an escape game experience is $28.75 per person plus tax. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the regular rate is $25.75 per person plus tax. Finally, children 17 and under can play for $20.75 plus tax at all times.

Can children take part in the escape game experience?
Yes, kids and teens have taken part in this experience and they loved it. It can cause some minimal jump scares, nothing too hardcore. We strongly recommend that kids 13 and under be accompanied by an adult.

The experience is free for children 9 and under when accompanied by at least 2 paid players. Otherwise the 17 and under rate will apply.

Do I get a rebate if it’s my birthday?
With the following supporting documents: Passport, birth certificate, library card and fishing permit, only then will we allow a $14 plus tax entry fee to the birthday boy or girl… (All kidding aside, only one valid ID will be ok and we know people like to celebrate one week early or stretch the celebration an additional week… We’ll allow the rebate for these people as well.)
***Only one birthday special per group even if it’s everyone’s birthday.
How does the competitive scenario differentiate from the other scenarios?
The competitive scenario is different in many different ways…
- First of all, your group will be divided in 2 teams
- Each team will be in a different room that is designed the exact same way.
- You will have 3 missions to complete with a maximum of 20 minutes to complete each of them.
- The team that completes more missions first will be declared the winner.
- It’s possible throughout the course of the experience to compare progress between both teams.
