Absolutely and you can access the updated detail of these measures by clicking here.

I would like to come with my friends, but we don't live at the same address, is it possible?

Public health allows us to welcome groups in the maximum alert zone (red zone). On the other hand, all the participants in the group must come from the same address, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

If I don't have a mask can I still participate?

Wearing a mask is mandatory at Immersia during the entirety of your visit. If you don’t have your own, we have disposable and reusable masks available for sale on site.

Do we have to maintain a distance of 2m between each other in your scenarios?

With the mandatory mask, and the fat that we only accept groups with participants residing at the same address, it is tolerated that the 2m rule is not respected at all times during an escape game. However, we ask you to maintain 2m with our employees at all times.

Are your scenarios disinfected regularly?

Yes, they are disinfected systematically between each group with the help of a sprayer which sends an organic disinfectant product which kills viruses at 99.9% .

Do you accept cash payments?

No cash will be accepted on site. For the period that we will be operating in the red zone alert, payments will be made by credit card online at the time of booking. Certain exceptions apply (Gift cards, escape passport, etc.)

FAQ Laval & Boisbriand

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Being on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator in our Laval location, we don’t have adapted access for people with reduced mobility. Our Boisbriand location though is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Please note that certain portions of our scenarios will not be accessible, but it’s still possible to participate.

Are we really locked in the rooms?

No, in case of an emergency, you can always exit at your own will. (Doesn’t count as an escape though!!) And for goodness sake go to the bathroom before starting (We will keep them very clean, promise).

What does the escape rate really mean?

The escape rate displayed for each scenario provides an indication of the difficulty level you will face. It’s important to note that for all scenarios except for “The Forgotten Station” the success rate is based on a successful exit with the use of 5 clues or less. In these games, we don’t enforce a limit for clues you can ask. But for statistical purposes, we exclude those that required more clues to get a picture that’s comparable with other escape venues.

For the Forgotten Station, because of the specific nature of the scenario, a successful escape is considered when 2 of the 3 missions have been successfully completed by either teams if played competitively. If played in regular mode, the team has to complete 2 of the 3 missions as well.

The escape rates you see take into account the last 90 days from when the update is posted.

Are there any live actors in your scenarios?

We do not feature live actors in Laval location scenarios. Some scenarios in our Boisbriand location will feature live actors. They will never get in direct physical contact with the participants though.

What is the maximum number of players recommended for a booking?

The maximum amount of players recommended can vary based on the scenario. Usually the maximum will be between 5 and 8 players. Our experiences are designed in order to be optimal if your group is somewhere between the recommended minimum and maximum. The space available and the amount of elements to accomplish are the two main factors. During COVID-19, we ask that you form groups that don’t exceed the maximum recommended.
