Our Boisbriand location though is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Please note that certain portions of our scenarios will not be accessible, but it’s still possible to participate.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Are we really locked in the rooms?
No, in case of an emergency, you can always exit at your own will. (Doesn’t count as an escape though!!) And for goodness sake go to the bathroom before starting (We will keep them very clean, promise).
What does the escape rate really mean?
The escape rate displayed for each scenario provides an indication of the difficulty level you will face. The success rate is based on a successful exit with the use of 5 clues or less. In these games, we don’t enforce a limit for clues you can ask. But for statistical purposes, we exclude those that required more clues to get a picture that’s more representative.
Are there any live actors in your scenarios?
We do not feature live actors in Laval location scenarios. Some scenarios in our Boisbriand location will feature live actors. They will never get in direct physical contact with the participants though.
How much does this escape thing cost in Laval?
For the Laval location, the general admission rate is $32.99 per person plus taxes. For youth admission aged 8 to 15, the rate is $26.99 per person plus taxes. For children 7 and under it is free when accompanied by at least two paying participants..
How much does this escape thing cost in Boisbriand?
For the Boisbriand location, the general admission rate is $34.99 per person plus taxes. For youth admission aged 8 to 15, the rate is $28.99 per person plus taxes. For children 7 and under it is free when accompanied by at least two paying participants..

Can children take part in the escape game experience?
Yes, kids and teens have taken part in this experience and they loved it. It is mandatory for groups of children 13 years old and under to be accompanied by at least 1 adult.
Is the experience free for young children?
The experience is free for children 7 and under when accompanied by at least the minimum number of paid players required for the scenario. Otherwise, the children rate will apply.
Can I go Rambo style and take on the challenge by myself?
During COVID-19, all of our scenarios feature a minimum of 2 people.
What is the maximum number of players recommended for a booking?
The maximum amount of players recommended can vary based on the scenario. Usually the maximum will be between 5 and 8 players. Our experiences are designed in order to be optimal if your group is somewhere between the recommended minimum and maximum. The space available and the amount of elements to accomplish are the two main factors. During COVID-19, we ask that you form groups that don’t exceed the maximum recommended.
I would like to do a scenario with 42 of my friends, is this possible?
In order to ensure that everyone enjoys their experience, it is recommended not to go over the maximum number of players based on the scenario you choose. But, for special group prices, please visit our team building and special groups page or call us at 450-687-3888
We are a group of 3 people, will there be another group joined with ours?
No, your reservation ensures that you enjoy a private experience.
How can I reserve my spot at Immersia?
You can book online directly on our website by going on the section Book Now. You will have access to our availabilities in real time. If you have questions before booking you can give us a call at 450-687-3888.
When I book online, do I have to pay right away for my booking?
A deposit equivalent to one general admission entry will be required at the moment of the reservation. The rest will be paid on location on the day of the activity.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel your reservation within a reasonable time. A penalty for loss of opportunity will be required for not showing up for the reservation or for a last minute cancellation. This penalty will never exceed the amount paid as a deposit at the time of booking.
Are all your scenarios bilingual?
Our scenarios are available in French and English. During the booking process, you will be required to indicate your language of preference for the scenario and the interaction with our team.
Can I bring my cell phone in the room?
We are perfectly aware that being separated from your phone for one hour can be difficult, so you can go in with it. But we want to point out that your phone can ruin the immersion and the overall experience, so we strongly suggest that you leave your personal belongings in one of our lockers!

Do I get a rebate if it’s my birthday?
With the following supporting documents: Passport, birth certificate, library card and fishing permit, only then will we allow he birthday boy or girl to get 50% off the regular price… (All kidding aside, only one valid ID will be ok and we know people like to celebrate one week early or stretch the celebration an additional week… We’ll allow the rebate for these people as well.)

Why is the Salutem Medicina Institute scenario in Boisbriand 16 years old and over?
The scenario contains images of blood, gore and violence as well as moments that could be considered traumatizing for those that are more easily triggered.
Can someone under 16 years old play the Salutem Medicina Institute scenario in Boisbriand?
Kids 11 and under will not be admitted in this scenario. For those between 12 and 15, we will allow entry only if a parent is also present in the scenario with them and fully aware of the warnings.
FAQ Online Escape Games
What is the Difference Between an Online Escape Game and a Remote Escape Game?
An online escape game is a point and click adventure video game experience. You will be navigating in a gaming environment that primarily uses 360 degree imagery.
A remote escape game is a live Zoom experience in which you communicate with a character who will be physically in the room with a camera that will allow you to see the whole experience from their perspective.
In both cases you will have to solve puzzles using the clues you will find within the game environment.
If more than one person wants to participate in an online escape game, will each person have to pay $19.99?
No, you only have to pay once for the party to play together in the same game.

Do I need specific computer equipment in order to participate in an online escape game?
It is essential to have access to a computer or a laptop in order to have an optimal experience. We also recommend that if you are many players participating to have access to a conference platform such as Zoom.
Is there a host during the online escape game experience?
For online escape game experiences, there is no live host. But you will be guided by a tutorial at the start of the game in order to fully understand the game mechanics.
Do I need to make a reservation for online escape games?
No, as soon as you have completed your purchase, you will instantly get the link to access the game by email. You can start the game whenever you want.

If I have already played The Forgotten Station in an Immersia location, is the online game the same?
Approximately 75% of the elements of the original game are carried over into this version. So it is likely that you have seen a number of the puzzles already.
